Cape Town + 13 other Cities

None of the member countries of the International Intelligence Agencies took the intelligence feedback about an imminent attempted takeover of planet earth seriously, until the evidence became increasingly compelling.

The major factor determining the complete disregard was mostly due to the identified threat being from aliens from outer space. I mean come on!

As the scientific evidence mounted up, the  IIA moved from casual observers to a high red alert when suddenly the aliens’ plan on invading 14 of the world’s largest cities simultaneously, became more obvious.

It has now become critical that teams of amateur detectives, scientists and anyone looking to have the most wild, crazy experience join up in an attempt to locate the aliens and stop them from taking over planet earth!

Have you got what it takes?

What is Alien Invasion?

Alien Invasion is Inspector’s second themed game, that has been developed and produced over the past 12 months. It is a combination of an app driven game with outdoor adventures.

The action packed fun game consists of finding and eliminating aliens before they take control of the earth. The players need to solve some cryptic clues that will lead them to certain augmented reality characters and aliens.

The pressure is on as the clock  counts down, can the teams manage to eliminate the aliens before the next rocket arrives with reinforcements?

How does the game work?

Alien Invasion is like a combination of an amazing race, escape room and crime series games that take place across parts of your city.

The players use the Inspectr app to receive clues that lead them to augmented reality witnesses and characters and to  certain locations where evidence is found. The game combines technology with people in an entertaining fast paced game.

The teams must also be careful they don’t get stuck in certain locations! There are many plots and the objective reveals itself as the game progresses.

Inspectr is a great fun adventure ideal for the family or friends, not to mention work colleagues.

Where is the location?

We don’t reveal the actual location at any of the 14 cities until 24 hours before the event is due to start. The details with further instructions will be sent to all registered participants  24 hours before the game is due to start.

What is the starting time?

The starting times range from 9.00am until 3pm. You can start  any time between 9.00am and 1pm.

How long does Alien Invasion last?

The length of the game varies significantly depending on the skills of each team. The game usually takes 2 – 3 hours.

What is the cost?

Alien Invasion by Inspectr offers excellent value for money for a half day of fun adventure and entertainment. The price is $50 for a team of up to 5 people.

Children under 13 are free when accompomied by an adult as part of a team.

Is it suitable for children?

Children under 13 can play for free with an adult.

The game is not designed for children, however with strict parental guidance most parts of the game are enjoyable for all ages.

Can anyone play?

Unfortunately we cannot guarantee wheelchair accessibility, however we have made provision for the augmented reality witnesses and clues to be placed in accessible locations, as much as possible.

The game is set over a distance of around 3km’s which is a fair amount of walking, so therefore those with disabilities, young children and pregnant ladies must decide themselves whether to participate.

Your important role

You need to track down important witnesses, decipher vital clues and eventually find, and eliminate the aliens before they end up taking over planet earth.
